Authorize HubSpot in Catchr and select the CRM data needed for the report. In Catchr’s Power BI query builder, select record IDs and the deal, contact or company fields relevant to the question and preview a short extraction. Import the generated URL through Get data > Web in Power BI Desktop. Check the returned rows before building measures, keeping object IDs and one-to-many associations before joining CRM tables clear in the model.
Yes. Catchr exposes deal stage, pipeline, amount, owner and deal identifiers. Use a table or chart to show value and deal count by stage, with a pipeline filter when teams use different sales processes. Keep open pipeline separate from closed-won revenue so potential business is not presented as completed sales.
Use create date to measure when opportunities entered the CRM. Use close date for a view of deals expected to close or already closed, with the appropriate stage filter. These date fields describe different events. A monthly pipeline-creation report should not be compared directly with monthly closed-won sales.
A deal may be associated with multiple contacts or activities. A join can repeat the deal amount on each matching row and inflate a summed total. Keep one row per deal for revenue calculations, aggregate the other data before joining, and check distinct deal IDs alongside the total amount.
Yes. Catchr includes deal owner information. Group deal counts and values by owner, then apply consistent pipeline, stage and date filters. Distinguish current ownership from ownership at an earlier point in time; a current CRM record alone does not provide a historical snapshot of every reassignment.
Pipeline amount is the potential value of the selected deals. Weighted amount applies the relevant probability to that value. HubSpot exposes separate amount and weighted-amount properties, and Catchr's field catalog includes both. Label the chosen measure clearly: a probability-adjusted forecast is not booked revenue.
Do not add amounts in different deal currencies without conversion. Catchr includes the deal amount in company currency as well as the original amount. Use a consistent currency for combined reporting and verify that the field matches the one used in the HubSpot report you are reconciling.
Yes. Add Google Ads to compare acquisition spend with leads and pipeline outcomes. Use consistent campaign identifiers and a defined attribution method. Simply putting daily spend beside daily deal value shows a trend; it does not establish which ad generated each deal.
