What our customers say about us.
After three years of use, Catchr has become essential for both our teams and our clients. So far, it has been our best solution for compiling and analyzing data from different advertising platforms. It’s easy to set up, and the customer service is responsive and excellent.

With Catchr’s automated API, we can finally collect and centralize all advertising data, connect it with booking information, and calculate the real ROAS for our restaurant clients. It gives them full visibility, more autonomy, and the ability to optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
The solution is a real game changer, providing optimal time savings for our data reporting. The major strength of the solution is their highly responsive and professional support.
Add Teads as a source in Catchr using a Teads reporting API key with access to your advertiser. Open the Catchr Teads connector in Looker Studio, select the advertiser and create your data source. Build a first table with Date, Campaign Name, Impressions and Budget Spent, then compare it with the same period in Teads Ad Manager.
Catchr exposes Impressions, Clicks, Budget Spent, Video Starts, Video Completes and video quartiles, plus post-click and post-view conversions. Available breakdowns include campaign, line item, creative, device, country and website domain. Choose metrics relevant to the format: video completions are useful for video campaigns, while clicks and viewability can help assess display delivery. Field availability depends on what Teads returns for your campaign.
The connector includes fields for measurable and viewable impressions, average in-view time, and Lumen attention metrics where Teads supplies them. Keep these measures separate: delivery, viewability, video completion and attention describe different aspects of exposure. A blank measurement field is not evidence of zero attention. Confirm that the measurement is available for the campaign before using it as a reporting KPI.
Catchr offers Budget Spent, Total Ad Cost and Fee, as well as separate Budget Delivered fields. Use the field that matches the cost definition in the Teads report you are comparing against, and include the corresponding currency. Do not add every monetary field together: a total can already include amounts shown in other columns. Keep the chosen cost definition consistent when calculating CPC or CPM.
First match the advertiser, date range, filters, currency and exact metric. Then check the Catchr Timezone setting: the connector uses a fixed UTC offset, with UTC+01:00 as its default. A different offset changes which events fall into each reporting day. For conversion comparisons, also match Conversion Name and distinguish Post Click Conversions from Post View Conversions.
Check that your API key has access to the advertiser. Catchr builds its advertiser list from a Teads impressions report covering the preceding 360 days, so an advertiser without reportable activity in that period may not appear. A newly active advertiser can also take time to appear in the cached account list. If access and recent activity are confirmed, contact Catchr support with the advertiser ID.
Teads data is retrieved through generated reports, so a dashboard request can take time while Teads prepares the export. Report generation and Looker Studio caching both affect when new results appear. Use completed reporting periods for routine client comparisons and check data freshness before interpreting a sudden change. A live connection does not guarantee that every new impression appears instantly.
Yes. Add Google Ads and Facebook Ads to compare spend and delivery alongside Teads. Align currencies, dates and cost definitions. Keep platform-attributed conversions clearly labelled, because several platforms can claim the same sale; their combined conversion total is not a deduplicated count of purchases.
Our team is always here to answer any questions you may have about our data connector.
