What our customers say about us.
After three years of use, Catchr has become essential for both our teams and our clients. So far, it has been our best solution for compiling and analyzing data from different advertising platforms. It’s easy to set up, and the customer service is responsive and excellent.

With Catchr’s automated API, we can finally collect and centralize all advertising data, connect it with booking information, and calculate the real ROAS for our restaurant clients. It gives them full visibility, more autonomy, and the ability to optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
The solution is a real game changer, providing optimal time savings for our data reporting. The major strength of the solution is their highly responsive and professional support.
Check current direct-connector availability with Catchr before relying on an automated connection. You can also download a Display Ads performance report, load it into Google Sheets and connect that worksheet to Looker Studio. Select the campaign, ad group or ad level you need, and include a daily segment for trends. Keep the export updated separately from the dashboard.
Build the delivery overview around cost, impressions and clicks, then add metrics appropriate to the ad format. For video campaigns, use video-view and completion measures; for business outcomes, choose the relevant conversion metrics. Include campaign and ad identifiers beside names so similar creatives stay distinguishable. Keep paid video views, ordinary impressions and viewable impressions clearly labelled rather than treating them as the same event.
No. Yahoo! Japan reports view-through conversions separately from Conversions. The ordinary conversion metric can include eligible video-view conversions as well as click conversions, so it is not necessarily click-only. Use Conversions (via click) for the click component and label view-through results separately. Match the same definitions when comparing your dashboard with the advertising interface.
A conversion can be attributed back to an earlier advertising interaction, so a later report can revise a previously exported date. Re-export a recent rolling period and replace those rows instead of appending a second copy. Keep conversion action, counting settings and date range consistent when checking whether a change is caused by attribution or by your dashboard.
No. A person may be reached by several campaigns, so adding campaign reach can count them more than once. Use the platform's cross-campaign reach report to assess overlap for the supported scope. Keep that result separate from a sum of campaign-level reach, and do not assume reach is deduplicated across Facebook Ads or other platforms.
Basic performance, delivery URLs, demographics, reach and conversion paths are different reporting views. Some dimensions and metrics cannot be selected together. Choose a report that answers one question, then use compatible fields within it. A reach analysis and a creative delivery table may need separate charts even when both cover the same campaign.
The platform's performance-report documentation allows reports for the preceding 37 months, with exceptions for particular items and reporting scopes. Check availability for the fields you need, especially reach and specialized reports, before choosing a comparison period. An imported worksheet only contains the history you placed in it; changing the Looker Studio date range cannot retrieve older data automatically.
Our team is always here to answer any questions you may have about our data connector.
