Catchr connects your marketing accounts to the reporting tools your team already uses, from $24/month. Funnel collects, stores and organizes marketing data in a shared Data Hub before it reaches reports or AI. The choice depends on whether your agency needs a connection layer or a central place to manage common definitions and history.
The quick answer
Choose Catchr for everyday agency reporting, native spreadsheet add-ons and marketing exports with predictable platform/account allowances. Choose Funnel when shared business definitions, stored history, client portals or its separate measurement products are central to the service you deliver. Funnel’s published starting prices are higher because the package covers a broader job.
Funnel.io vs Catchr at a glance
| What matters | Funnel | Catchr |

| Starting subscription | From $300/month, billed annually. | ✓ Included |
| What you buy | Stored data, common definitions, reporting and AI in a Data Hub. | Marketing data in your existing BI, spreadsheet, AI and storage tools. |

Pricing: a smaller subscription for the reporting work you need
Catchr’s strongest price argument is for teams that already have their reporting tools. You pay for the platforms and accounts you connect. Funnel’s subscription also pays for stored data and common business definitions, with capacity priced through Flexpoints.

These are starting subscriptions, not configured quotes. See Funnel’s Brands pricing and Agency pricing. Funnel Measure is an additional product purchase, rather than part of the Data Hub starting price.
Catchr plans
| Catchr plan | Monthly price | Capacity and destination access |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $24/month | 3 platforms Data Studio, Power BI, Sheets, Excel and MCP. |
| Momentum | $79/month | 5 platforms Adds BigQuery. |
| Growth | $239/month | 10 platforms Adds API access; BigQuery remains included. |
| Scale | $599/month | 25 platforms Wider warehouses, databases and storage; custom schema mapping. |

Scale adds wider database, warehouse and storage destinations, custom schema mapping, and capacity for 25 platforms and 500 accounts.
What costs extra as your team grows?
| Factor | Funnel | Catchr |
|---|---|---|
| More sources and accounts | Active connectors and platform accounts consume Flexpoints. | Count the platforms and total accounts against your plan. |
| More destinations | Active reporting and warehouse destinations add capacity needs. Plan access also matters. | Everyday reporting destinations are included together. BigQuery starts on Momentum. |
| More people or AI | Agency plans include unlimited users. MCP is included without extra Flexpoint consumption. | Unlimited users and MCP from Starter. Export-job management uses the destinations in your plan. |
| Additional services | Measurement, custom integrations and implementation depend on the selected offer. | Choose the plan for your source/account and destination needs. |
Funnel’s current rate card assigns 50 Flexpoints to a connector, 5 to a platform account, 150 to a visualization destination and 300 to a warehouse destination. Plans start with a 400-point minimum; extra capacity is purchased in 100-point increments. This measures active capacity, rather than charging for each report row.
Three practical budgets
| Your setup | Funnel purchase route | Catchr |
|---|---|---|
| Freelancer 3 platforms / 3 accounts | Starter or Agency Standard, depending on the business. From $300/month annually; obtain the configured price. | Starter: $24/month. |
| Agency 5 platforms / 25 accounts / 3 people | Agency Standard for included connectors and reporting destinations. 5 connectors, 25 accounts and one visualization destination use 525 Flexpoints, above the minimum. | Momentum: $79/month. |
| Growth team 8 platforms / 60 accounts + BigQuery/API | Business for a brand or Agency Advanced for an agency. Starts at $600/month annually; request capacity and the required API scope in the quote. | Growth: $239/month. |
The agency capacity example is a calculation from Funnel’s published rate card, not a dollar quote. Your chosen connectors must also belong to the plan. Catchr is easier to budget for these marketing-reporting scenarios because the needed capacity is already stated in each subscription.
Data sources: common marketing channels, different preparation layers
Advertising, analytics, ecommerce and CRM platforms
Both products serve the channels that typically drive agency reporting: paid media, web analytics, ecommerce and CRM. Catchr focuses on getting those accounts into your existing destinations. A report can combine advertising performance with lead or store outcomes in the tool the analyst already knows.
Funnel publishes a broader connector catalog, with access depending on the offer. Its Data Hub brings sources into a common marketing-data model. This is valuable when your service includes organizing data from many countries, business units or specialist advertising platforms.
Metrics, dimensions and historical data
Funnel stores collected data and lets teams apply reusable mappings, currency conversion and business definitions before reporting. A shared channel classification can then be used by the client dashboard, a warehouse export and an AI question. That investment is useful when everyone must use the same definition of a metric.
Catchr makes source fields available to your reporting and export workflows. Further calculations can live in Data Studio, Power BI, a spreadsheet or your own warehouse. Neither a platform logo nor a connector count proves identical fields or historical reach. The relevant comparison is the campaign, lead or revenue report your client receives.
Managing multiple accounts across clients
Catchr’s account allowances are pooled across the platforms in your plan. Momentum covers five platforms and thirty total accounts. A three-person agency can share that subscription without allocating paid seats, and grow to Growth as the portfolio needs more platforms or accounts.
Funnel distinguishes a connector, a platform account and the individual report configurations collected from it. Multiple reports for the same account do not automatically mean additional account charges. Its agency workspaces and portals can also structure client delivery. Count the actual client accounts and active destinations when sizing the subscription.
Six destinations, with a different role for the data platform
Catchr and Funnel both reach the main reporting destinations. Catchr gives your team direct marketing workflows inside those tools. Funnel puts its Data Hub between the original source and the output, so reports can reuse the same organized data.
Databases and warehouses: start with BigQuery at $79/month
Catchr
Funnel
Catchr includes BigQuery from Momentum. Select accounts and fields, then schedule marketing exports into your own dataset. Growth adds API access. Scale supports the wider catalog, including Snowflake, Redshift, Azure SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL and cloud object storage.
Funnel prepares the exported data in its hub. For brands, BigQuery and Redshift begin on Business and Snowflake belongs to Enterprise. Agency Advanced includes all published destinations, including Snowflake. MySQL, PostgreSQL and SQL Server appear in its custom destination offering, with an engineering-led setup.
Choose Funnel when the hub’s shared definitions should shape every export. Choose Catchr when your warehouse already owns the reporting model and needs scheduled marketing data. Explore Catchr for BigQuery. · See all Catchr destinations.
MCP: analysis in both, reporting export management in Catchr
Catchr
Catchr MCP is included from Starter. Use ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot to explore campaign results and prepare client summaries. Your assistant can also create and manage reporting export jobs for the destinations available in your subscription.
Funnel’s documented MCP tools read data, fields and workspace context. That lets AI use the business definitions already maintained in Funnel. MCP is included on all plans and does not consume Flexpoints, but its tools do not change Funnel’s source or workspace configuration.

Data Studio: direct source reporting or a shared data model
Catchr
Funnel
Catchr connects marketing accounts to Data Studio from Starter. Build the dashboard with familiar charts, filters, dates and calculated fields. An account manager can prepare a client report while another colleague uses the same Catchr accounts in a spreadsheet.
Funnel’s Data Studio connector starts from a configured export. Choose the fields, reporting currency and filters in Funnel, then connect that export to the report. This carries the hub’s organized data into a dashboard your team can share.
Catchr is a strong fit when the report already contains the calculations you need. Funnel is useful when those definitions should also be maintained for other outputs. Explore Catchr for Data Studio.
Power BI: marketing data from Catchr Starter
Catchr
Funnel
Catchr makes Power BI available from $24/month. Build a saved query for the source, accounts, fields and dates you need, then import the result through Power BI’s Web connection. Power Query and DAX remain the place to combine tables and calculate your reporting metrics.
Funnel offers a Power BI Desktop connector that loads selected exports from a workspace. It is available on Business for brands and Agency Advanced for agencies. Funnel explicitly documents that formula-based fields are unsupported by this connector.
Catchr suits analysts who already model their client reporting inside Power BI. Funnel suits teams that want the tables to inherit their shared hub definitions, within the connector’s field support. Explore Catchr for Power BI.
Google Sheets: work in the add-on or schedule a hub export
Catchr
Funnel
Catchr’s native Sheets add-on is included from Starter. Select the accounts and fields in the workbook, then schedule hourly, daily, weekly or monthly refreshes. Replace, Append and Combine/update let you maintain a current report, retain rows or update matches.
Funnel creates a scheduled export from its Data Hub. You select a workbook and tab, fields, filters, currency and date window. It can target a specific range, which is useful when the rest of the sheet contains your analysis.
Choose Catchr when the analyst wants to manage marketing queries while working in Sheets. Choose Funnel when the workbook should receive a centrally prepared dataset. Explore Catchr for Google Sheets.
Excel: a native add-in for your marketing analysis
Catchr
Catchr includes its Excel add-in for web and desktop from Starter. Select sources, accounts, fields and dates from the side pane, then load the results into the workbook. Scheduled refreshes keep that recurring report ready for the next client meeting.
Funnel documents scheduled delivery to an Excel workbook in OneDrive or SharePoint. The output can target a worksheet and range and use fields, currency and filters chosen in Funnel. This fits a shared workbook that receives the Data Hub’s prepared data.
The screenshot shows Catchr’s native add-in. Funnel’s documented route is a workbook export; a comparable Excel configuration screenshot was not verified for this article. Explore Catchr for Excel.

Which one fits your team?
Choose Funnel.io when…
Choose Funnel when your agency sells a managed data foundation: common channel definitions, stored historical data and client access through portals. Its Data Hub can make one set of business rules available to dashboards, warehouse exports and AI. Funnel Measure adds a separate measurement offering for teams that need it.
Choose Catchr when…
Choose Catchr when your account managers and analysts already have the reports, spreadsheets and warehouse they want to use. Starter brings the everyday destinations together at $24/month. Momentum adds BigQuery, while Growth provides the capacity and API access for a larger portfolio. Unlimited users let the whole agency work with the connected data.
How to move from Funnel.io to Catchr
- Preserve the reporting history you need. Export stored Funnel data before closing a workspace. A new source connection can only retrieve the history its platform makes available.
- Keep the business definitions. Move the shared channel groups, currency rules and calculated metrics used by client reports into your warehouse, BI model or spreadsheet.
- Move a complete client workflow. Connect its sources in Catchr, recreate the report and schedule its spreadsheet or warehouse outputs.
- Compare a closed reporting period. Reconcile spend, leads and revenue, then switch the client report after the new workflow completes its scheduled refresh.
A Funnel dashboard or portal also needs a new home if you leave the Data Hub. Keep that client-facing requirement in the migration scope. Funnel Measure is a separate product decision: a Catchr connection does not replace a marketing mix model or an incrementality program.
