What our customers say about us.
After three years of use, Catchr has become essential for both our teams and our clients. So far, it has been our best solution for compiling and analyzing data from different advertising platforms. It’s easy to set up, and the customer service is responsive and excellent.

With Catchr’s automated API, we can finally collect and centralize all advertising data, connect it with booking information, and calculate the real ROAS for our restaurant clients. It gives them full visibility, more autonomy, and the ability to optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
The solution is a real game changer, providing optimal time savings for our data reporting. The major strength of the solution is their highly responsive and professional support.
Create an API key in Brevo and use it to connect your Brevo account to Catchr. Open the Catchr Brevo connector in Looker Studio, authorize your Google account, select the connected source, and create your report. Start with campaign name, sent emails, delivered emails, and unique clicks to compare newsletter performance.
Yes. Brevo is the name used for the platform formerly called Sendinblue. Use your Brevo account and API key when setting up Catchr, even if an older report or integration still uses the Sendinblue name. You do not need to create a separate Sendinblue reporting source.
The connector includes sent and delivered emails, total and unique opens, total and unique clicks, hard and soft bounces, complaints, and unsubscribes. Campaign name, ID, subject, status, and send date help you compare individual sends. List and contact fields are also available; select fields that match the level of detail you need.
For campaign performance, Catchr assigns the statistics to the campaign send date, with the scheduled date used when a send date is unavailable. Selecting last month therefore selects campaigns sent in that period; it does not isolate every open or click that happened during that month. A campaign total can continue changing when recipients interact later.
Total clicks include repeated clicks, while unique clicks measure distinct clickers within the campaign. Use unique clicks to compare audience response and total clicks to examine repeat activity. Adding unique counts across campaigns does not give a deduplicated audience, because the same subscriber may click several campaigns.
Check that both reports use the same campaigns, send dates, and level of detail. Total opens, unique opens, trackable opens, and estimated views are different measures, and email privacy protections affect how opens are recorded. Avoid averaging campaign percentages without weighting them; compare the underlying counts and denominator before investigating a discrepancy.
Yes. Add Google Analytics 4 alongside Brevo to compare email engagement with website sessions and key events. Use consistent UTM campaign values on email links and verify that they match your reporting labels. A click in Brevo and a tracked GA4 session are different events, so their totals will not necessarily match.
Our team is always here to answer any questions you may have about our data connector.
