Change metric types for all components in Looker Studio

How to change fields type for every component in Looker Studio ?

In Looker Studio, every metric has a type so the report can display them right. You can change a metric type in a component, it will only be applied for this component.

But you can also modify the type of a field in the data source. Once done, it will apply every time you use this field.

Here is how to do it :

• Edit your data source and go to the field list.
• Search for your field thanks to the search box in the top right corner.
• Modify the type in the Type column.
