What our customers say about us.
After three years of use, Catchr has become essential for both our teams and our clients. So far, it has been our best solution for compiling and analyzing data from different advertising platforms. It’s easy to set up, and the customer service is responsive and excellent.

With Catchr’s automated API, we can finally collect and centralize all advertising data, connect it with booking information, and calculate the real ROAS for our restaurant clients. It gives them full visibility, more autonomy, and the ability to optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
The solution is a real game changer, providing optimal time savings for our data reporting. The major strength of the solution is their highly responsive and professional support.
Connect your TikTok Shop account to Catchr and authorize access to the shop you want to report on. Then open the Catchr TikTok Shop connector in Looker Studio, authorize your Google account, and select the connected source. Start with order IDs, statuses, creation times, and payment totals for a shop overview.
The connector exposes order-level details, including order status, creation and payment times, payment currency and amounts, seller and platform discounts, shipping fees, and fulfillment information. These fields support sales and order-operations dashboards. Advertising spend and ad-attributed conversions belong to a separate advertising data source.
No. An order payment total is different from a seller settlement. Payouts can account for platform fees, commissions, refunds, shipping adjustments, and settlement timing. Use order payment fields to analyze customer orders; do not label their sum as net profit or the amount deposited in your bank account.
Use order status to define which orders belong in each chart. An order record does not necessarily represent a completed sale: unpaid, cancelled, in-transit, and completed orders describe different stages. Keep operational counts separate from sales totals, and apply the same status rules when comparing your dashboard with Seller Center.
Order creation, payment, delivery, and update times refer to different events. An order created on one day may be paid or delivered later, and its status can change after the first report. Match the date field, time zone, status filters, currency, and payment measure before comparing figures with another report.
You can report on the seller and platform discount amounts, shipping fees, and shipping discount fields returned with orders. Keep these components separate when comparing promotions. Check whether a total already includes a discount or fee before adding or subtracting it, and avoid combining amounts in different currencies without a conversion rule.
Yes. Add the TikTok Ads connector alongside TikTok Shop to compare advertising spend and attributed results with store orders. Align dates and currencies, and keep the attribution definitions visible. All shop orders are not necessarily ad-driven, so dividing total shop sales by ad spend does not reproduce the ROAS reported by Ads Manager.
Our team is always here to answer any questions you may have about our data connector.
