Import your Pipedrive CRM data to Google Sheets: How-to, metrics and more

Quick steps to create a Pipedrive report with Google Sheets:

You can easiliy create a Pipedrive report following this step :

  1. Get informations from the data integration from our Pipedrive connector.
  2. Create a source on catchr.io.
  3. Download our Google Sheets extensions.
  4. Configure and run your request

How to install Google Sheets Catchr Add-on.

To start exporting your Pipedrive data to Google Sheets, you need to install the Catchr add-on. You currently have two options :

Option A: Via the marketplace:

  1. Visit the Catchr Add-on page on the Google Workspace Marketplace and click "Install."
  2. Grant the necessary permissions for the add-on.
  3. Upon successful installation, open a Google Sheets to proceed.

Option B: Directly within a Google Sheets:

  1. Open a new Google Sheets.
  2. In the top menu, click "Extensions", then hover over "Add-ons" and select "Get add-ons."
  3. Search for "Catchr" and choose "Catchr - data connector."
  4. Click "Install" and grant the required permissions.
  5. Close the installation pop-up when completed.
  6. Start using the Catchr add-on.

Once you have installed the add-on, you can start making requests.

How to connect your Pipedrive account to Google Sheets

Add a source on Catchr

To kick things off, visit the Catchr homepage and locate the "Source" option in the left-hand menu. Click on "Add a Source" situated at the top right corner. Here, you'll need to select Pipedrive from the list of platforms and follow the prompts to establish a connection between Catchr and Pipedrive.

Create a New Query

Begin by opening Google Sheets and locate "Catchr" in the menu. From there, select "New Query" to initiate a new query for importing your Pipedrive data.

In the query tab, you have the option to choose your desired source, which in this case is Pipedrive. If the Pipedrive account doesn't appear in the source list, simply click on the "+" button to add it as a new source.

Next, navigate to the "Select account(s)" tab where you can select the specific Pipedrive account(s) from which you wish to import data.

Choose Metrics and Dimensions

Moving forward, switch to the "Metrics" and "Dimensions" tabs to pick the specific data points you want to analyze. Examples of metrics and dimensions available for Pipedrive include:

Metrics:

  • Pipeline Id: Identifies a pipeline
  • Deal Value: The value of a deal
  • Deal Won Time: When the deal was won

  • Deal Organization Name: Name of the organization involved in a deal
  • Deal Status: The status of a deal (e.g., won, lost)
  • Person Name: The name of the person associated with a deal

Set Date Range

After picking your metrics and dimensions, proceed to the "Date Range" tab. Here, you gain access to preset date ranges such as "Last month" or "This year", but you’re also free to specify your own custom start and end dates for the data you're pulling in.

To refine your data further, apply filters in the "Filters" tab. An example filter setup for Pipedrive might look like this:

  • Field: Deal Status
  • Operator: equals
  • Value: Won

For instance, if you're only interested in "won" deals, you'd use the above criteria.

Lastly, visit the "Options" tab to schedule automatic data refreshes. You can also toggle options like "Append rows" for adding new rows at your query's end, or "Combine rows" to update all current rows within your range.
