Explore your Pipedrive CRM data with PowerBI : How-to, templates and metrics

  1. Get informations from the data integration from our Pipedrive connector.
  2. Create a source on catchr.io.
  3. Download our Google Sheets extensions.
  4. Configure and run your request

How to install Google Sheets Catchr Add-on.

To start exporting your Pipedrive data to Google Sheets, you need to install the Catchr add-on. You currently have two options :

Option A: Via the marketplace:

  1. Visit the Catchr Add-on page on the Google Workspace Marketplace and click "Install."
  2. Grant the necessary permissions for the add-on.
  3. Upon successful installation, open a Google Sheets to proceed.

Option B: Directly within a Google Sheets:

  1. Open a new Google Sheets.
  2. In the top menu, click "Extensions", then hover over "Add-ons" and select "Get add-ons."
  3. Search for "Catchr" and choose "Catchr - data connector."
  4. Click "Install" and grant the required permissions.
  5. Close the installation pop-up when completed.
  6. Start using the Catchr add-on.

Once you have installed the add-on, you can start making requests.

  3. Choose your metrics and dimensions.

How to connect your Pipedrive account to PowerBI

Add a source on Catchr

Navigate to the Catchr homepage and look for the "Source" option in the left-hand menu. Once there, tap on "Add a Source" located in the upper-right corner.

Select your desired platform, in this case Pipedrive, and proceed with the authorization steps to link both Catchr and Pipedrive.

Create the request to transfer Pipedrive data to PowerBI

  • Select "API" from the left-side menu within Catchr.

  • Change the export format to "PowerBI".

  • In the "Source" tab, choose Pipedrive as your data platform.

  • Identify the Pipedrive account(s) from which you desire data and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Tip: Utilize one of Catchr's predefined templates by selecting all the required dimensions and metrics for an automatic load of data into the template, which you can then customize to your preference.
  • Specify the time frame for data extraction from Pipedrive, either with predefined or custom dates.

  • After configuration, an URL will manifest at the top. Preview the results by clicking "Preview."

Import the Pipedrive data and KPI to PowerBI

PowerBI Desktop:

  • In PowerBI Desktop, utilize the "Get Data" feature and then select "Web" as the data source type.
