Import your Brevo emailing data to Google Sheets : How-to, metrics and more...

Quick steps to create a Brevo (ex SendInBlue) report with Google Sheets:

You can easiliy create a Brevo (ex SendInBlue) report following this step :

  1. Get informations from the data integration from our Brevo (ex SendInBlue) connector.
  2. Create a source on catchr.io.
  3. Download our Google Sheets extensions.
  4. Configure and run your request

How to install Google Sheets Catchr Add-on.

To start exporting your Brevo (ex SendInBlue) data to Google Sheets, you need to install the Catchr add-on. You currently have two options :

Option A: Via the marketplace:

  1. Visit the Catchr Add-on page on the Google Workspace Marketplace and click "Install."
  2. Grant the necessary permissions for the add-on.
  3. Upon successful installation, open a Google Sheets to proceed.

Option B: Directly within a Google Sheets:

  1. Open a new Google Sheets.
  2. In the top menu, click "Extensions", then hover over "Add-ons" and select "Get add-ons."
  3. Search for "Catchr" and choose "Catchr - data connector."
  4. Click "Install" and grant the required permissions.
  5. Close the installation pop-up when completed.
  6. Start using the Catchr add-on.

Once you have installed the add-on, you can start making requests.

How to connect your Brevo account to Google Sheets

Add a source on Catchr

To start, navigate to the Catchr homepage. On the left side menu, find and click on Source, then at the top right corner, click on Add a Source. From here, select Brevo as your platform and complete the identification process to connect Catchr with Brevo.

Create a New Query

Launch Google Sheets and access the Catchr menu option. From there, select "New Query" to kickstart the process of importing your Brevo data.

In the query setup, select Brevo as your data source from the available list. If Brevo doesn't appear, simply add it by clicking the "+" button.

Proceed to the "Select account(s)" section and pick the Brevo account(s) you aim to retrieve data from.

Choose Metrics and Dimensions

Now, navigate to the Metric and Dimensions tabs to select the precise data points for your query. Relevant options may include:

  • Total Clicks: The sum of clicks across your campaigns.
