Why look for a Whatagraph alternative?
Whatagraph combines data preparation with client reporting. A replacement can take over that workflow or connect data to tools your agency already uses.
Your portfolio needs a smaller starting commitment
Whatagraph Max starts at €699/month, billed annually, with 50 source credits and unlimited users and reports. One connected account uses one credit. A freelancer connecting a handful of accounts may use only part of that capacity.
Catchr Starter covers three platforms and ten total accounts for $24/month on monthly billing. Reporting Ninja starts at $25/month with its own report builder. Compare the required scope, currencies and billing commitments.
Your daily work happens in a workbook or BI report
A client may want a Data Studio dashboard while your analyst maintains an Excel pacing workbook. Whatagraph supports prepared-data transfers to Data Studio. Its Sheets integration reads spreadsheet data into Whatagraph, and its Excel export downloads a finished report.
Catchr gives the team native Sheets and Excel add-ons, Data Studio connections and saved Web queries for Power BI. These connections support the tools your team already uses.
You want a different balance of reports and shared data
Reporting Ninja, AgencyAnalytics, DashThis and Swydo offer native reporting environments. Funnel and Power My Analytics are relevant when shared data preparation matters most. Whatagraph’s IQ Agents also perform reporting tasks; include those tasks in the replacement scope if your team uses them.

What to look for in a Whatagraph alternative
The finished report and client experience
List what the client receives: a dashboard, portal access, PDF or workbook. With a connector, design and sharing happen in your chosen destination. For report building and delivery in one product, prioritize native reporting options.
Source accounts, fields and shared calculations
Count connected accounts by client and platform. A client with Google Ads, Meta Ads and GA4 has three accounts; five clients with that setup have fifteen. Check the fields and historical periods behind your most important report, including any blended revenue or acquisition-cost calculation. Source APIs still determine available data.
Give shared calculations an owner and a home: a data hub, warehouse, BI model or spreadsheet. Choose somewhere the team can maintain them consistently.
Destinations, updates and AI actions
A spreadsheet input, downloadable file and scheduled workbook query do different jobs. Test the direction you need. For warehouses, identify the destination, table structure and schedule. For AI, distinguish performance analysis from export management, report building and campaign changes; an MCP connection does not guarantee every action.
The bill for the portfolio you manage
Count accounts, platforms, reports and client workspaces, then add required destinations and modules. Both Catchr and Whatagraph include unlimited users, so seats alone do not distinguish them. Include external BI, office, AI and cloud subscriptions when calculating a connector-based setup.
The 16 best Whatagraph alternatives
1. Catchr: best for affordable reporting in your existing tools

Best for: Freelancers and agencies keeping their reporting tools
Catchr fits an agency that wants to move its client reporting into existing BI tools and spreadsheets. Starter includes three platforms, 10 total accounts and unlimited users for $24/month. Connect Google Ads, Meta Ads and GA4, then use the same accounts for client dashboards, workbook analysis and questions in AI assistants.
Key features and strengths
- Everyday destinations in one subscription. Data Studio, Power BI, Google Sheets, Excel and AI assistants are included from Starter. Account managers and analysts can work together without Catchr seat fees.
- Queries inside your spreadsheets. Native Sheets and Excel add-ons let you choose accounts, metrics, dimensions and dates alongside the formulas, budgets and pivot tables you maintain.
- Marketing sources beyond the main ad platforms. The connector directory includes advertising, analytics, ecommerce, CRM and social platforms, including Shopify, HubSpot, Brevo and Matomo.
- AI analysis and reporting automation. Catchr MCP lets ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants query performance and create, update or run reporting export jobs for eligible destinations.
Limitations to consider
- Advanced destinations follow the plan: BigQuery is included on Momentum, API access on Growth, and wider database, warehouse and storage exports on Scale.
- Catchr has no native report builder or client portal. Reports are designed and shared in your chosen BI tool or spreadsheet. External BI, office, AI and cloud subscriptions remain separate. Source APIs still apply their own field, history and request limits.
Coming soonCreate and update campaigns through Catchr MCP
Planned for a future release. These actions are not available yet.
Pricing
- Starter: $24/month. 3 platforms and 10 total accounts.
- Momentum: $79/month. 5 platforms and 30 total accounts; BigQuery included.
- Growth: $239/month. 10 platforms and 100 total accounts; adds API access.
- Scale: $599/month. 25 platforms and 500 total accounts; adds wider warehouse, database and storage exports.
Monthly billing. Every plan includes unlimited users and Catchr requests.
2. Reporting Ninja: best for affordable reports and a client portal

Best for: Agencies delivering branded reports inside the product
Reporting Ninja is one of the closest options here for an agency replacing Whatagraph’s native client reports. It combines connections, report building and a branded portal, with a small entry subscription for a defined reporting portfolio.
Key features and strengths
- Native client reporting. Report building, white labeling and scheduled delivery are included.
- Connections beyond its own reports. Data Studio, the Sheets add-on, API and MCP are included across plans, with unlimited users.
- Accounts per integration type. Starter includes ten of each type, so five Google Ads, five Meta Ads and five GA4 accounts can fit its connector allowance.
Limitations to consider
- Starter has a separate limit of ten native reports. A larger reporting portfolio can require a higher plan.
- Brevo, Merchant Center, Matomo, CallRail and Display & Video 360 were absent from its reviewed native catalogue. Catchr covers those sources, native Excel query building, Power BI queries and scheduled database exports. Reporting Ninja’s Excel attachments serve a different workbook workflow.
Pricing
- Starter: $25/month. 10 native reports and 10 accounts per integration type.
- Small: $50/month.
- Medium: $88/month.
- Large: $150/month.
Monthly billing.
3. AgencyAnalytics: best for a dedicated workspace for each client

Best for: Agencies standardizing dashboards and client access
AgencyAnalytics supplies the reporting interface as well as the data connections. An agency can organize each client’s dashboards, reports and portal access in a dedicated workspace.
Key features and strengths
- Client-facing reporting. Branded portals and scheduled reports support a repeatable monthly agency service.
- Unlimited staff accounts. Account managers and analysts can work within the same client reporting setup.
- AI and MCP. AgencyAI and MCP support analysis of the information collected in the workspace.
Limitations to consider
- Pricing follows client workspaces. At the published annual rate, five clients cost $100/month before optional products or negotiated terms.
- Rank tracking and AI visibility tracking are separate add-ons. The core purchase makes most sense when the agency also wants the native reporting interface, rather than only a connection to an existing client workbook or BI report.
Pricing
- $20 per client per month, billed annually.
Volume pricing is available. Rank tracking and AI visibility tracking are optional paid products.
4. DashThis: best for reusable marketing dashboards

Best for: Teams sharing a defined set of client dashboards
DashThis gives teams a dashboard canvas, templates and integrations in one product. It suits agencies that want to standardize the reports they build and share each month.
Key features and strengths
- Templates and widgets. Teams can organize a report around a client’s recurring KPIs.
- Branded sharing. Report presentation and delivery are part of the product, with unlimited users included.
- AI around the dashboard. MCP and basic AI Insights are included; AI Insights Pro adds further functionality.
Limitations to consider
- Both dashboards and connected sources affect capacity. Individual includes three dashboards and 15 sources; several reports per client can exhaust the dashboard allowance first.
- AI Insights Pro is a paid add-on. For teams retaining existing Data Studio reports and Excel workbooks, Catchr lets the connection subscription cover those destinations directly.
Pricing
- Individual: $54/month. 3 dashboards and 15 sources.
Annual billing: $44/month. - Professional: $164/month. 10 dashboards and 40 sources.
Annual billing: $139/month.
5. Swydo: best for reporting against client goals

Best for: Agencies monitoring KPIs and sending recurring reports
Swydo combines reporting with performance monitoring. An agency can track client goals, review KPIs and deliver scheduled reports from one reporting workspace.
Key features and strengths
- Goals and monitoring. Teams can follow performance against the targets agreed with each client.
- Recurring report production. Templates, scheduled delivery and AI reporting features support repeatable client reporting.
- Unlimited clients, users and reports. Connected source accounts determine the subscription size.
Limitations to consider
- Each account counts separately: one client using Google Ads and Meta Ads uses two sources in Swydo’s pricing model.
- The base includes ten accounts. In the reviewed EUR pricing, accounts 11–100 add €4.50 each per month; 25 connected accounts therefore cost €136.50/month. This is a EUR example, not a currency-converted saving claim.
Pricing
- Base: €69/month. Includes 10 connected source accounts.
- Accounts 11–100: €4.50 each per month.
Monthly billing. Lower unit rates apply at higher account volumes.
6. Funnel: best for a shared marketing data hub

Best for: Teams storing data and applying common reporting definitions
Funnel’s Data Hub collects and stores marketing data before teams use it in reports. It is relevant when several teams need to reuse the same campaign groupings, calculations and channel definitions.
Key features and strengths
- Stored marketing data. A shared dataset can feed multiple reporting and analysis use cases.
- Common preparation rules. Teams can apply reporting logic centrally rather than rebuilding each definition in every output.
- AI access to prepared data. Funnel AI and MCP work with the data collected and prepared in the hub.
Limitations to consider
- Connectors, accounts and destinations affect Flexpoint capacity. The advertised entry price is a starting configuration.
- In the Brands offering, Power BI and BigQuery start on Business. Agency packages have different destination scope. Funnel Measure is a separate product purchase. Catchr includes BigQuery on Momentum at $79/month for teams focused on exports.
Pricing
- Starter: from $300/month, billed annually.
- Business: from $600/month, billed annually.
- Enterprise: custom quote.
Confirm the applicable Brands or Agency configuration and capacity.
7. Power My Analytics: best for stored data and reusable reporting fields

Best for: Teams preparing shared fields and blends for their reports
Power My Analytics combines connectors with a managed data hub. Its Data Builder supports reusable fields and blends, which can help agencies apply common reporting definitions across clients.
Key features and strengths
- Data preparation alongside collection. Teams can prepare shared fields and blends before using the output in reports.
- BI and AI destinations. Business includes five sources, five total accounts and two admins.
- Native spreadsheets on Grow. Sheets and Excel become available alongside three admins and seven accounts per source.
Limitations to consider
- Sheets and Excel require Grow at $99.95/month. Catchr includes both native add-ons from $24/month.
- Grow’s accounts are counted per source. For exports into your own warehouse, confirm the destination and schedule in the proposal; storage inside the product does not by itself define that export scope.
Pricing
- Business: $49.95/month.
- Grow: $99.95/month. Includes Sheets and Excel.
- Pro: $199.95/month.
Monthly billing; annual equivalents are lower. Custom export requirements need a scoped quote.
8. TapClicks: best for reporting connected to agency operations

Best for: Agency and media teams combining reporting and operations
TapClicks extends into the operational work around marketing reporting. Its products can connect data preparation and reports with the order and workflow processes used by agency and media teams.
Key features and strengths
- Several connected products. TapData, reporting products, TapOrders and TapWorkflow can cover different parts of the organization’s process.
- Data and reporting together. Teams can prepare marketing data and use it within the wider reporting offering.
- Separate spreadsheet entry point. TapClicks also offers a Google Sheets product for spreadsheet-based work.
Limitations to consider
- The main platform requires a proposal covering the modules, destinations and capacity your team needs.
- A free or low-cost spreadsheet offer does not establish the price of the full reporting and warehouse platform. A freelancer who needs a few marketing connections has a narrower purchase than an organization coordinating reporting with media operations.
Pricing
- Main platform: custom quote. Specify the products, modules, destinations and capacity required.
The separate Google Sheets offer has a different scope from the full platform.
9. Windsor.ai: best for many accounts on a few platforms

Best for: Account-heavy portfolios concentrated on a few channels
Windsor.ai is attractive when most clients use the same few channels. Basic includes 75 total accounts across three platforms, so a concentrated account portfolio can fit its entry subscription.
Key features and strengths
- Generous entry account capacity. Basic includes 75 accounts and unlimited users across its three selected platforms.
- Broad destination access. BI tools, spreadsheets and database destinations, including BigQuery, are available on Basic. Windsor also has a native Power BI connector.
- AI access. Its MCP integration brings marketing data into AI assistants.
Limitations to consider
- Basic supports five destination tasks with daily scheduling. Standard adds unlimited destination tasks and hourly scheduling.
- Four or five platforms require more than Basic’s allowance. For five platforms and 25 accounts, Catchr Momentum fits at $79/month; Windsor Standard costs $118/month. Windsor has more included accounts at that tier.
Pricing
- Basic: $23/month. 3 platforms and 75 total accounts.
- Standard: $118/month. 7 platforms and 75 total accounts.
Monthly billing. Annual rates are lower.
10. Supermetrics: best for established connector and managed warehouse workflows

Best for: Teams using specific source fields or managed warehouse tables
Supermetrics connects marketing sources to BI tools, spreadsheets and AI assistants, with separate warehouse configurations for teams that need managed tables. It is a relevant option when a particular connector, field or warehouse workflow determines the shortlist.
Key features and strengths
- Familiar reporting destinations. Connect marketing data to Data Studio, Power BI, Google Sheets or Excel, according to the selected subscription.
- AI analysis and campaign actions. Its AI tools support marketing analysis and documented campaign operations. Check the supported platform and action for your workflow.
- Managed warehouse tables. Enterprise warehouse configurations include managed table groups and schema handling for teams centralizing marketing data.
Limitations to consider
- Starter includes two platforms, two accounts per platform and one user. Additional platforms, accounts, seats or destinations can change the bill.
- Warehouse delivery is not included in the €49/month Starter price. Request an Enterprise configuration for that workflow.
Pricing
- Starter: €49/month. 2 platforms, 2 accounts per platform and 1 user.
- Growth: €199/month. 7 platforms, 7 accounts per platform and 2 users.
- Enterprise: tailored pricing. Warehouse and advanced configurations require a sales quote.
Monthly billing. Annual monthly equivalents start at €39 for Starter and €159 for Growth. The selected destination and paid extras can change the subscription.
11. Dataslayer: best for importing Supermetrics spreadsheet queries

Best for: Spreadsheet teams moving existing Supermetrics queries
Dataslayer suits a move from native dashboards into spreadsheet reporting. Its Sheets and Excel add-ons let analysts build recurring queries alongside their workbook calculations. Select the destination and capacity that the new reporting setup needs.
Key features and strengths
- Spreadsheet query tools. Choose the accounts and fields needed for recurring reports. Its importer supports Supermetrics queries; it is not a Whatagraph report importer.
- Native spreadsheet add-ons. Teams can build queries in Sheets and Excel, with BI, warehouse and API destinations also available.
- Published capacity tiers. Starter includes three connectors, three accounts per connector, one user and daily scheduling.
Limitations to consider
- The base purchase covers one selected destination. Multi-destination teams need to price the bundle; Dataslayer publishes discounts for additional destinations.
- Users and accounts follow the tier. Warehouse, storage and API Query Manager exports have row allowances. Catchr includes the everyday destinations and unlimited users together from Starter.
Pricing
- Starter: €29/month.
- Advanced: €99/month.
- Pro: €299/month.
Monthly equivalents billed annually, for one selected destination. A limited free plan is available.
12. Porter Metrics: best for a small number of connected accounts

Best for: Small setups that benefit from account-based pricing
Porter Metrics lets teams start with a small account list and add capacity as clients arrive. Its templates and account-based pricing suit a marketer who wants a reporting setup for only one or two accounts.
Key features and strengths
- Low entry commitment. Paid reporting can start with one connected account.
- Templates for common reports. Data Studio and Google Sheets templates help teams structure recurring marketing reports.
- Users and AI analysis. Paid reporting includes unlimited users and AI analysis. Porter also sells automation actions for tasks such as campaign or creative updates.
Limitations to consider
- Account-based pricing rises with the portfolio: three accounts cost $39.99/month and 25 cost $125/month on monthly billing.
- Automation credits are separate from read-only reporting. For a three-platform portfolio, Catchr Starter includes ten accounts for $24/month; Momentum includes 30 across five platforms for $79/month.
Pricing
- 1 account: $15/month.
- 3 accounts: $39.99/month.
- 25 accounts: $125/month.
Monthly billing. A limited free plan is available. Warehouse exports and automation should be priced for the required configuration.
13. Coupler.io: best for combining marketing with business data

Best for: Reports joining marketing, finance and operations
Coupler.io is useful when a report needs more than advertising metrics. It connects marketing platforms alongside finance, operational and database systems, then prepares data flows for reporting destinations.
Key features and strengths
- Wider business coverage. A team can bring campaign spend together with accounting data or an operational spreadsheet.
- Data preparation. Higher plans include transformations to join and organize data before delivery.
- Progressive scheduling. Starter provides daily refresh; Pro adds hourly refresh and unlimited destinations.
Limitations to consider
- Starter includes three accounts, one destination, one user and 5,000 rows per run. Those limits matter for a multi-client reporting setup.
- Transformations start on Active. For marketing reporting across several everyday tools, Catchr Starter includes more account capacity and unlimited users at a lower monthly entry price.
Pricing
- Starter: $32/month.
- Active: $132/month. 15 accounts and 3 destinations.
- Pro: $259/month. 50 accounts and unlimited destinations.
Monthly billing; annual equivalents are lower. A limited manual-refresh free plan is available.
14. Adzviser: best for AI analysis across unlimited accounts per platform

Best for: AI-led teams with many accounts on selected platforms
Adzviser emphasizes asking questions about marketing performance in AI tools. Its unlimited accounts per selected source type can be useful when many clients use the same small set of platforms.
Key features and strengths
- AI environments. It supports ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools alongside its own Muse interface.
- Unlimited accounts per selected platform. More client accounts within an included source type do not consume a pooled account allowance.
- Destinations included. Starter includes all 14 listed destinations, including BigQuery and S3, with six million monthly warehouse rows.
Limitations to consider
- The billing period changes the platform allowance: monthly Starter includes two, while annual Starter includes three.
- Warehouse exports have monthly row limits. For Google Ads, Meta Ads and GA4 with up to ten accounts, Catchr Starter fits at $24/month.
Pricing
- Starter: $59.99/month for 2 platforms.
Annual billing: $48.99/month for 3 platforms. - Growth: $164.99/month for 6 platforms.
Annual billing: $148.99/month for 7 platforms.
15. Improvado: best for enterprise marketing data and governance

Best for: Marketing and data teams building a wider analytics platform
Improvado combines data extraction, warehouse delivery, transformation and governance. It fits an analytics project spanning brands, business units or reporting applications that need shared data models and controls.
Key features and strengths
- Marketing data pipeline. Extraction and delivery connect marketing sources to the organization’s warehouse and reporting environment.
- Preparation and governance. Transformation and governance rules support common definitions and controls.
- Separate MCP entry offer. MCP Only provides an AI-focused package for teams evaluating that workflow.
Limitations to consider
- The full platform has an annual starting commitment of $20,000. Some advanced measurement capabilities are separately priced modules.
- MCP Only at $100/month has its own limits: two million rows per year, daily sync, one workspace and 300 MCP actions per week. It should not be treated as the price for the full-platform scope.
Pricing
- Full-platform Starter: from $20,000/year.
- Growth: from $50,000/year.
- MCP Only: $100/month. A separate AI-access package.
Enterprise and additional modules require their own configuration.
16. Adverity: best for centrally controlled marketing data pipelines

Best for: Enterprises managing data across teams and markets
Adverity Connect is designed for organizations that own data collection and preparation centrally. A multinational team can use it to manage the data supplied by regional teams and agencies before it reaches reporting tools.
Key features and strengths
- Central collection and transformation. Teams can apply common rules across marketing inputs.
- Monitoring and governance. Pipeline management supports organizations coordinating data across teams and markets.
- Distinct AI products and operations. Connect’s pipeline controls and Atlas, its marketing knowledge product, address different requirements.
Limitations to consider
- Adverity uses custom pricing. Include the required products, destinations and governance needs in the proposal.
- The purchase needs an owner for shared data rules and operations. For an agency mainly connecting client accounts to reports and scheduled database exports, Catchr’s published monthly plans provide a more direct starting configuration.
Pricing
- Custom pricing. Scope Connect, Atlas and the required configuration in the proposal.
Include destinations, shared data preparation and governance requirements.

Keep workbook analysis and data ownership in your plan
Catchr’s native Excel and Sheets add-ons suit a workbook that is updated and analyzed repeatedly. Power BI uses saved Web queries. BigQuery is included from Momentum; Scale adds wider database, warehouse and storage exports for teams expanding their own data setup.
Both products include unlimited users. Compare destinations, account capacity and the report-building work included. If a native reporting workspace is central to your service, shortlist the report builders above.

How to switch from Whatagraph
Choose one client report and its future home
Choose a report with your usual platforms, metrics and delivery format. Decide where its replacement will live. Record the accounts, filters, date rules, conversion definitions and blends behind it.
Save reference results. Whatagraph supports full-report Excel and individual-widget CSV exports, with an Amazon Ads exception in its export guide. A downloaded workbook provides a comparison; it does not automatically become a scheduled query.
Recreate the connection and reporting logic
Connect the accounts, select fields and rebuild calculations in your chosen destination. Use the Catchr connector directory and destination guides for the first report.
A native Whatagraph report needs recreating in the new environment. Existing BI layouts or spreadsheets may be reusable, but reconnect their data and check formulas, filters and charts. We do not promise an automatic Whatagraph report importer.
Validate results and delivery
Compare a complete period with matching time zones, currencies, attribution settings and dates. Check the next update and client access or delivered file. Then apply the setup to the remaining clients and update their report links.
Try Catchr with your own client accounts
Try the workflow your next client report needs.
Connect a real client stack, open your destination and check the numbers before you switch.
No credit card required. Choose a plan after testing your sources and destinations.
