16 best Power My Analytics alternatives in 2026: features and pricing

Compare 16 Power My Analytics alternatives for agency reporting, spreadsheets, AI and stored marketing data. See features, limitations and current pricing.

Power My Analytics alternatives — Catchr

The best Power My Analytics alternative depends on how much of its data hub your team uses. Catchr is our first recommendation for freelancers and agencies that want marketing data in their existing dashboards, spreadsheets and AI tools: plans start at $24/month with unlimited users. If managed history and shared reporting definitions drive your decision, compare the data platforms alongside the simpler connector subscriptions in this guide.

The quick answer

  • Catchr — native spreadsheets, BI and AI from $24/month, with unlimited users.
  • Windsor.ai — many client accounts on a small set of marketing platforms.
  • Supermetrics — specific connector requirements and managed warehouse workflows.
  • Funnel — stored marketing data and common preparation rules.
  • Reporting Ninja — a native report builder and branded client portal.

Why look for a Power My Analytics alternative?

Power My Analytics combines marketing connectors with stored data and Data Builder. That is useful when the hub is part of your reporting process. An alternative becomes interesting when the destinations, account distribution or team allowance no longer match the work you need.

You want spreadsheets without moving to Grow

PMA Business costs $49.95/month on monthly billing and covers BI and AI destinations. Google Sheets and Excel start on Grow at $99.95/month. Catchr includes both native spreadsheet add-ons from Starter at $24/month, alongside Data Studio, Power BI and MCP. For a freelancer using three platforms and a few accounts, that changes the entry cost considerably.

Your client accounts are unevenly spread across channels

PMA Grow includes unlimited source types and seven accounts per source. Catchr Momentum includes five platforms and 30 accounts pooled across them. An agency with a large Google Ads roster and smaller Meta Ads or GA4 rosters should count each source separately before comparing subscriptions. PMA’s unlimited-source allowance can be valuable when the portfolio spans many different platforms.

You want a clearer price for your own BigQuery exports

Storage inside PMA and exports into your own warehouse are different parts of the purchase. PMA’s pricing page lists export add-ons on its standard paid plans, while its export guide says new exports require Custom. Confirm the quote. Catchr includes BigQuery on Momentum at $79/month.

If your priority is a native reporting interface or more centralized data preparation, compare those products on their own scope. A client portal and a shared data hub solve different parts of the reporting process.

What to look for in a Power My Analytics alternative

Account distribution, source types and colleagues

Write down the number of client accounts on every platform. Five platforms and 25 accounts could mean five accounts on each, or 15 on one and ten across the rest. A per-source allowance treats those portfolios differently. Include the people who manage connections: PMA Business includes two admins, Grow three and Pro unlimited; Catchr includes unlimited users on every plan.

Stored history and reusable reporting definitions

Identify which reports depend on PMA’s stored data, Data Builder fields or blends. Decide where those definitions should live after a switch: in the destination report, a prepared dataset or your own warehouse. Connector access alone does not establish equivalent historical coverage. Source APIs can limit the dates and fields a new connection can retrieve.

The exact destination workflow

List what your team actually opens: Data Studio, Power BI, Google Sheets, Excel or an AI assistant. Check whether the product offers an in-workbook query builder, a file export or prepared tables. For warehouse delivery, include the destination, schedule and volume in the price. For AI, distinguish analysis, dataset preparation, export-job management and campaign actions.

The total subscription for the same reporting job

Compare the required capacity and outputs on a consistent billing basis. A low connector price does not buy a native client portal; a data hub may include preparation your agency currently maintains elsewhere. Keep monthly billing, annual equivalents and custom quotes separate. Include external BI, cloud and AI subscriptions when budgeting the complete setup.

The 16 best Power My Analytics alternatives

1. Catchr: best for affordable spreadsheets, BI and AI with unlimited users

Catchr public homepage
Catchr website, captured October 16, 2026. Visit the website.

Best for: Agencies keeping their existing reports, spreadsheets and AI tools

Catchr is a strong fit when your reports already live in Data Studio, Power BI or spreadsheets and you want to lower the cost of supplying their data. Starter includes three platforms, 10 total accounts and unlimited users for $24/month. Both native spreadsheet add-ons are included, so an Excel or Sheets workflow does not require moving to a higher plan.

Key features and strengths

  • Everyday destinations in one subscription. Data Studio, Power BI, Google Sheets, Excel and AI assistants are included from Starter. Account managers and analysts can work together without Catchr seat fees.
  • Queries inside your spreadsheets. Native Sheets and Excel add-ons let you choose accounts, metrics, dimensions and dates alongside the formulas, budgets and pivot tables you maintain.
  • Marketing sources beyond the main ad platforms. The connector directory includes advertising, analytics, ecommerce, CRM and social platforms, including Shopify, HubSpot, Brevo and Matomo.
  • AI analysis and reporting automation. Catchr MCP lets ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants query performance and create, update or run reporting export jobs for eligible destinations.

Limitations to consider

  • Advanced destinations follow the plan: BigQuery is included on Momentum, API access on Growth, and wider database, warehouse and storage exports on Scale.
  • Reports are designed and shared in your chosen BI tool or spreadsheet. External BI, office, AI and cloud subscriptions remain separate. Source APIs still apply their own field, history and request limits.

2. Windsor.ai: best for many accounts on a few platforms

Windsor.ai public homepage
Windsor.ai website, captured October 16, 2026. Visit the website.

Best for: Account-heavy portfolios concentrated on a few channels

Windsor.ai is attractive when most clients use the same few channels. Basic includes 75 total accounts across three platforms, so a concentrated account portfolio can fit its entry subscription.

Key features and strengths

  • Generous entry account capacity. Basic includes 75 accounts and unlimited users across its three selected platforms.
  • Broad destination access. BI tools, spreadsheets and database destinations, including BigQuery, are available on Basic. Windsor also has a native Power BI connector.
  • AI access. Its MCP integration brings marketing data into AI assistants.

Limitations to consider

  • Basic supports five destination tasks with daily scheduling. Standard adds unlimited destination tasks and hourly scheduling.
  • Four or five platforms require more than Basic’s allowance. For five platforms and 25 accounts, Catchr Momentum fits at $79/month; Windsor Standard costs $118/month. Windsor has more included accounts at that tier.

Pricing

  • Basic: $23/month. 3 platforms and 75 total accounts.
  • Standard: $118/month. 7 platforms and 75 total accounts.

Monthly billing. Annual rates are lower.

3. Supermetrics: best for established connector and managed warehouse workflows

Supermetrics public homepage
Supermetrics website, captured October 16, 2026. Visit the website.

Best for: Teams using specific source fields or managed warehouse tables

Supermetrics connects marketing sources to BI tools, spreadsheets and AI assistants, with separate warehouse configurations for teams that need managed tables. It is a relevant option when a particular connector, field or warehouse workflow determines the shortlist.

Key features and strengths

  • Familiar reporting destinations. Connect marketing data to Data Studio, Power BI, Google Sheets or Excel, according to the selected subscription.
  • AI analysis and campaign actions. Its AI tools support marketing analysis and documented campaign operations. Check the supported platform and action for your workflow.
  • Managed warehouse tables. Enterprise warehouse configurations include managed table groups and schema handling for teams centralizing marketing data.

Limitations to consider

  • Starter includes two platforms, two accounts per platform and one user. Additional platforms, accounts, seats or destinations can change the bill.
  • Warehouse delivery is not included in the €49/month Starter price. Request an Enterprise configuration for that workflow.

Pricing

  • Starter: €49/month. 2 platforms, 2 accounts per platform and 1 user.
  • Growth: €199/month. 7 platforms, 7 accounts per platform and 2 users.
  • Enterprise: tailored pricing. Warehouse and advanced configurations require a sales quote.

Monthly billing. Annual monthly equivalents start at €39 for Starter and €159 for Growth. The selected destination and paid extras can change the subscription.

4. Dataslayer: best for a focused spreadsheet reporting workflow

Dataslayer public homepage
Dataslayer website, captured October 16, 2026. Visit the website.

Best for: Teams building recurring queries in Sheets or Excel

Dataslayer is worth comparing when most of your PMA work happens in a spreadsheet. Its native add-ons let teams build recurring queries alongside the calculations and report layouts they already maintain.

Key features and strengths

  • Native spreadsheet add-ons. Teams can build queries in Sheets and Excel, with BI, warehouse and API destinations also available.
  • Published capacity tiers. Starter includes three connectors, three accounts per connector, one user and daily scheduling.
  • A destination-focused purchase. Teams can start with the reporting destination they use and price additional destinations as needed.

Limitations to consider

  • The base purchase covers one selected destination. Multi-destination teams need to price the bundle; Dataslayer publishes discounts for additional destinations.
  • Users and accounts follow the tier. Warehouse, storage and API Query Manager exports have row allowances. Catchr includes the everyday destinations and unlimited users together from Starter.

Pricing

  • Starter: €29/month.
  • Advanced: €99/month.
  • Pro: €299/month.

Monthly equivalents billed annually, for one selected destination. A limited free plan is available.

5. Coupler.io: best for combining marketing with business data

Coupler.io public homepage
Coupler.io website, captured October 16, 2026. Visit the website.

Best for: Reports joining marketing, finance and operations

Coupler.io is useful when a report needs more than advertising metrics. It connects marketing platforms alongside finance, operational and database systems, then prepares data flows for reporting destinations.

Key features and strengths

  • Wider business coverage. A team can bring campaign spend together with accounting data or an operational spreadsheet.
  • Data preparation. Higher plans include transformations to join and organize data before delivery.
  • Progressive scheduling. Starter provides daily refresh; Pro adds hourly refresh and unlimited destinations.

Limitations to consider

  • Starter includes three accounts, one destination, one user and 5,000 rows per run. Those limits matter for a multi-client reporting setup.
  • Transformations start on Active. For marketing reporting across several everyday tools, Catchr Starter includes more account capacity and unlimited users at a lower monthly entry price.

Pricing

  • Starter: $32/month.
  • Active: $132/month. 15 accounts and 3 destinations.
  • Pro: $259/month. 50 accounts and unlimited destinations.

Monthly billing; annual equivalents are lower. A limited manual-refresh free plan is available.

6. Funnel: best for a shared marketing data hub

Funnel.io public homepage
Funnel.io website, captured October 16, 2026. Visit the website.

Best for: Teams storing data and applying common reporting definitions

Funnel’s Data Hub collects and stores marketing data before teams use it in reports. It is relevant when several teams need to reuse the same campaign groupings, calculations and channel definitions.

Key features and strengths

  • Stored marketing data. A shared dataset can feed multiple reporting and analysis use cases.
  • Common preparation rules. Teams can apply reporting logic centrally rather than rebuilding each definition in every output.
  • AI access to prepared data. Funnel AI and MCP work with the data collected and prepared in the hub.

Limitations to consider

  • Connectors, accounts and destinations affect Flexpoint capacity. The advertised entry price is a starting configuration.
  • In the Brands offering, Power BI and BigQuery start on Business. Agency packages have different destination scope. Funnel Measure is a separate product purchase. Catchr includes BigQuery on Momentum at $79/month for teams focused on exports.

Pricing

  • Starter: from $300/month, billed annually.
  • Business: from $600/month, billed annually.
  • Enterprise: custom quote.

Confirm the applicable Brands or Agency configuration and capacity.

7. Adzviser: best for AI analysis across unlimited accounts per platform

Adzviser public homepage
Adzviser website, captured October 16, 2026. Visit the website.

Best for: AI-led teams with many accounts on selected platforms

Adzviser emphasizes asking questions about marketing performance in AI tools. Its unlimited accounts per selected source type can be useful when many clients use the same small set of platforms.

Key features and strengths

  • AI environments. It supports ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools alongside its own Muse interface.
  • Unlimited accounts per selected platform. More client accounts within an included source type do not consume a pooled account allowance.
  • Destinations included. Starter includes all 14 listed destinations, including BigQuery and S3, with six million monthly warehouse rows.

Limitations to consider

  • The billing period changes the platform allowance: monthly Starter includes two, while annual Starter includes three.
  • Warehouse exports have monthly row limits. For Google Ads, Meta Ads and GA4 with up to ten accounts, Catchr Starter fits at $24/month.

Pricing

  • Starter: $59.99/month for 2 platforms.
Annual billing: $48.99/month for 3 platforms.
  • Growth: $164.99/month for 6 platforms.
Annual billing: $148.99/month for 7 platforms.

8. Porter Metrics: best for a small number of connected accounts

Porter Metrics public homepage
Porter Metrics website, captured October 16, 2026. Visit the website.

Best for: Small setups that benefit from account-based pricing

Porter Metrics lets teams start with a small account list and add capacity as clients arrive. Its templates and account-based pricing suit a marketer who wants a reporting setup for only one or two accounts.

Key features and strengths

  • Low entry commitment. Paid reporting can start with one connected account.
  • Templates for common reports. Data Studio and Google Sheets templates help teams structure recurring marketing reports.
  • Users and AI analysis. Paid reporting includes unlimited users and AI analysis. Porter also sells automation actions for tasks such as campaign or creative updates.

Limitations to consider

  • Account-based pricing rises with the portfolio: three accounts cost $39.99/month and 25 cost $125/month on monthly billing.
  • Automation credits are separate from read-only reporting. For a three-platform portfolio, Catchr Starter includes ten accounts for $24/month; Momentum includes 30 across five platforms for $79/month.

Pricing

  • 1 account: $15/month.
  • 3 accounts: $39.99/month.
  • 25 accounts: $125/month.

Monthly billing. A limited free plan is available. Warehouse exports and automation should be priced for the required configuration.

9. Reporting Ninja: best for affordable reports and a client portal

Reporting Ninja public homepage
Reporting Ninja website, captured October 16, 2026. Visit the website.

Best for: Agencies delivering branded reports inside the product

Reporting Ninja combines data connections with a report builder and branded client portal. It is a strong budget option when the agency wants to produce and deliver reports inside the same product.

Key features and strengths

  • Native client reporting. Report building, white labeling and scheduled delivery are included.
  • Connections beyond its own reports. Data Studio, the Sheets add-on, API and MCP are included across plans, with unlimited users.
  • Accounts per integration type. Starter includes ten of each type, so five Google Ads, five Meta Ads and five GA4 accounts can fit its connector allowance.

Limitations to consider

  • Starter has a separate limit of ten native reports. A larger reporting portfolio can require a higher plan.
  • Brevo, Merchant Center, Matomo, CallRail and Display & Video 360 were absent from its reviewed native catalogue. Catchr covers those sources, native Excel query building, Power BI queries and scheduled database exports. Reporting Ninja’s Excel attachments serve a different workbook workflow.

Pricing

  • Starter: $25/month. 10 native reports and 10 accounts per integration type.
  • Small: $50/month.
  • Medium: $88/month.
  • Large: $150/month.

10. Whatagraph: best for shared agency reporting operations

Whatagraph public homepage
Whatagraph website, captured October 16, 2026. Visit the website.

Best for: Larger teams centralizing preparation and client reporting

Whatagraph covers data preparation, report production and monitoring in a shared environment. It is relevant when an agency wants common report structures and centrally prepared data across many account managers.

Key features and strengths

  • Data preparation. Data groups and blends support common definitions across reports.
  • Client presentation. Templates and white-label reporting help standardize delivery across a portfolio.
  • AI workflows. IQ Agents and MCP work within the reporting environment; KPI overviews and alerts support ongoing monitoring.

Limitations to consider

  • Max starts at €699/month billed annually, a larger commitment than a small connector subscription.
  • Public API access and transfers to BigQuery and Data Studio belong to Prime, which needs a proposal. For a team primarily loading its own BigQuery dataset, Catchr Momentum includes that destination at $79/month.

Pricing

  • Max: from €699/month, billed annually.
  • Prime: custom annual pricing. Adds further integrations, public API and transfer capabilities.

See pricing.

11. AgencyAnalytics: best for a dedicated workspace for each client

AgencyAnalytics public homepage
AgencyAnalytics website, captured October 16, 2026. Visit the website.

Best for: Agencies standardizing dashboards and client access

AgencyAnalytics supplies the reporting interface as well as the data connections. An agency can organize each client’s dashboards, reports and portal access in a dedicated workspace.

Key features and strengths

  • Client-facing reporting. Branded portals and scheduled reports support a repeatable monthly agency service.
  • Unlimited staff accounts. Account managers and analysts can work within the same client reporting setup.
  • AI and MCP. AgencyAI and MCP support analysis of the information collected in the workspace.

Limitations to consider

  • Pricing follows client workspaces. At the published annual rate, five clients cost $100/month before optional products or negotiated terms.
  • Rank tracking and AI visibility tracking are separate add-ons. The core purchase makes most sense when the agency also wants the native reporting interface, rather than only a connection to an existing client workbook or BI report.

Pricing

  • $20 per client per month, billed annually. Volume pricing is available; optional tracking products add to the subscription.

See pricing.

12. DashThis: best for reusable marketing dashboards

DashThis public homepage
DashThis website, captured October 16, 2026. Visit the website.

Best for: Teams sharing a defined set of client dashboards

DashThis gives teams a dashboard canvas, templates and integrations in one product. It suits agencies that want to standardize the reports they build and share each month.

Key features and strengths

  • Templates and widgets. Teams can organize a report around a client’s recurring KPIs.
  • Branded sharing. Report presentation and delivery are part of the product, with unlimited users included.
  • AI around the dashboard. MCP and basic AI Insights are included; AI Insights Pro adds further functionality.

Limitations to consider

  • Both dashboards and connected sources affect capacity. Individual includes three dashboards and 15 sources; several reports per client can exhaust the dashboard allowance first.
  • AI Insights Pro is a paid add-on. For teams retaining existing Data Studio reports and Excel workbooks, Catchr lets the connection subscription cover those destinations directly.

Pricing

  • Individual: $54/month. 3 dashboards and 15 sources.
    Annual billing: $44/month.
  • Professional: $164/month. 10 dashboards and 40 sources.
    Annual billing: $139/month.

See pricing.

13. Swydo: best for reporting against client goals

Swydo public homepage
Swydo website, captured October 16, 2026. Visit the website.

Best for: Agencies monitoring KPIs and sending recurring reports

Swydo combines reporting with performance monitoring. An agency can track client goals, review KPIs and deliver scheduled reports from one reporting workspace.

Key features and strengths

  • Goals and monitoring. Teams can follow performance against the targets agreed with each client.
  • Recurring report production. Templates, scheduled delivery and AI reporting features support repeatable client reporting.
  • Unlimited clients, users and reports. Connected source accounts determine the subscription size.

Limitations to consider

  • Each account counts separately: one client using Google Ads and Meta Ads uses two sources in Swydo’s pricing model.
  • The base includes ten accounts. In the reviewed EUR pricing, accounts 11–100 add €4.50 each per month; 25 connected accounts therefore cost €136.50/month. This is a EUR example, not a currency-converted saving claim.

Pricing

  • €69/month for the first 10 connected source accounts on monthly billing. Accounts 11–100 cost €4.50 each per month; lower unit rates apply at higher volumes.

See pricing.

14. TapClicks: best for reporting connected to agency operations

TapClicks public homepage
TapClicks website, captured October 16, 2026. Visit the website.

Best for: Agency and media teams combining reporting and operations

TapClicks extends into the operational work around marketing reporting. Its products can connect data preparation and reports with the order and workflow processes used by agency and media teams.

Key features and strengths

  • Several connected products. TapData, reporting products, TapOrders and TapWorkflow can cover different parts of the organization’s process.
  • Data and reporting together. Teams can prepare marketing data and use it within the wider reporting offering.
  • Separate spreadsheet entry point. TapClicks also offers a Google Sheets product for spreadsheet-based work.

Limitations to consider

  • The main platform requires a proposal covering the modules, destinations and capacity your team needs.
  • A free or low-cost spreadsheet offer does not establish the price of the full reporting and warehouse platform. A freelancer who needs a few marketing connections has a narrower purchase than an organization coordinating reporting with media operations.

Pricing

  • Request a quote for the main platform and required modules. The separate Google Sheets offering should be evaluated on its own scope.

See pricing.

15. Improvado: best for enterprise marketing data and governance

Improvado public homepage
Improvado website, captured October 16, 2026. Visit the website.

Best for: Marketing and data teams building a wider analytics platform

Improvado combines data extraction, warehouse delivery, transformation and governance. It fits an analytics project spanning brands, business units or reporting applications that need shared data models and controls.

Key features and strengths

  • Marketing data pipeline. Extraction and delivery connect marketing sources to the organization’s warehouse and reporting environment.
  • Preparation and governance. Transformation and governance rules support common definitions and controls.
  • Separate MCP entry offer. MCP Only provides an AI-focused package for teams evaluating that workflow.

Limitations to consider

  • The full platform has an annual starting commitment of $20,000. Some advanced measurement capabilities are separately priced modules.
  • MCP Only at $100/month has its own limits: two million rows per year, daily sync, one workspace and 300 MCP actions per week. It should not be treated as the price for the full-platform scope.

Pricing

  • Full-platform Starter: from $20,000/year.
  • Growth: from $50,000/year.
  • MCP Only: $100/month. A separate AI-access package.

Enterprise and additional modules require their own configuration.

See pricing.

16. Adverity: best for centrally controlled marketing data pipelines

Adverity public homepage
Adverity website, captured October 16, 2026. Visit the website.

Best for: Enterprises managing data across teams and markets

Adverity Connect is designed for organizations that own data collection and preparation centrally. A multinational team can use it to manage the data supplied by regional teams and agencies before it reaches reporting tools.

Key features and strengths

  • Central collection and transformation. Teams can apply common rules across marketing inputs.
  • Monitoring and governance. Pipeline management supports organizations coordinating data across teams and markets.
  • Distinct AI products and operations. Connect’s pipeline controls and Atlas, its marketing knowledge product, address different requirements.

Limitations to consider

  • Adverity uses custom pricing. Include the required products, destinations and governance needs in the proposal.
  • The purchase needs an owner for shared data rules and operations. For an agency mainly connecting client accounts to reports and scheduled database exports, Catchr’s published monthly plans provide a more direct starting configuration.

Pricing

  • Custom pricing based on the configuration. Scope Connect, Atlas and the required destinations separately when preparing the proposal.

Bring spreadsheet reporting into the entry subscription

For the freelancer above, Catchr provides the native add-ons at a lower monthly price than PMA Grow. For the agency, pooling 30 accounts can accommodate an uneven client mix across five platforms. A fourth colleague can join without changing Catchr’s user allowance.

PMA Grow may remain attractive when the agency connects many source types with only a few accounts on each. Its managed history and Data Builder also deserve a place in the decision if your reports use them. The detailed PMA comparison explains the capacity and destination differences.

Add your own warehouse when you need it

BigQuery is included on Momentum. Growth adds API access; Scale adds wider database, warehouse and storage exports. These tiers give the team a published path from client dashboards to data stored in its own infrastructure.

How to switch from Power My Analytics

Map one report back to its PMA data

Choose a client report with your normal sources, calculations and reporting period. Record the accounts, source fields, date ranges and any Data Builder fields or blends feeding it. Note whether the report depends on historical records stored in PMA, so you can check the replacement’s available coverage.

Reconnect the data and reuse the report layout

Connect the client accounts in the new product and create the replacement queries or data sources. Existing BI layouts, spreadsheet formulas and pivot tables may remain useful when the incoming data has the expected structure. Rebuild source bindings and shared calculations where needed; a saved PMA Data Builder dataset is a separate part of the setup from the visual report.

Check a complete reporting period

Compare spend, leads or revenue using the same accounts, date range and definitions. Then check the refresh or export you will use for the next report. Source APIs may not return every historical period already stored in the old hub, so include any required history in the migration plan.

Use the Catchr connector directory and destination guides to complete that first report during the trial, then apply the verified setup to the remaining clients.

Try Catchr with your own client accounts

Try the workflow your next client report needs.

Sources and comparison methodology

Written by Catchr for freelancers and marketing agencies. This guide compares Catchr with 15 other Power My Analytics alternatives covered in our detailed comparison series. Selection reflects the reporting tasks described here; this is not an independent performance ranking.

Pricing and packaging were reviewed against official vendor pages on October 23, 2026. PMA’s current pricing, destination documentation, export guide and MCP reference informed its comparison. The conflicting export eligibility wording is disclosed, and no unverified export total is quoted.

Prices retain their original currency and billing period. Annual monthly equivalents, per-client prices and full-platform quotes are labeled separately. Swydo uses the EUR pricing reviewed for this guide. Catchr’s product team confirmed BigQuery on Momentum, taking precedence over the older public attribution to Growth. Current reporting export jobs and planned campaign actions are distinguished throughout.

Screenshots show public homepages captured on October 16, 2026 and link to the vendor sites. We did not run a controlled speed, uptime or support benchmark. The linked detailed comparisons provide additional product documentation.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best Power My Analytics alternative for an agency?

Catchr is our first recommendation for an agency that wants to keep its BI tools and spreadsheets with a lower connection cost. Momentum includes five platforms, 30 total accounts, unlimited users and BigQuery for $79/month. If PMA’s stored data and shared preparation are central to the workflow, also evaluate Funnel, Supermetrics warehouse configurations and the larger data platforms.

Is Catchr cheaper than Power My Analytics?

For a freelancer using three platforms and three accounts in Sheets or Excel, Catchr Starter costs $24/month and PMA Grow costs $99.95/month on monthly billing. For broader portfolios, count accounts per source, destinations and colleagues. PMA Grow includes unlimited source types, while Catchr plans have a platform allowance. Catchr does not win every configuration.

Which PMA alternative is best for many client accounts?

Windsor Basic includes 75 total accounts across three platforms for $23/month. Adzviser includes unlimited accounts per selected platform. Catchr Momentum provides five platforms and 30 pooled accounts for $79/month. The right fit depends on whether growth means more accounts on existing channels or more source types.

Does switching preserve my PMA Data Builder reports and history?

You need to recreate the data connections and any Data Builder fields or blends the new workflow requires. Existing BI layouts, formulas and pivots may be reusable when the replacement data matches their structure. Check historical coverage separately: source APIs may not return every record already held in PMA’s warehouse.

Can I export to BigQuery without an enterprise quote?

Catchr Momentum includes BigQuery for $79/month, and Windsor offers BigQuery on Basic. PMA’s pricing page lists paid export add-ons, while its export guide says new exports require Custom. Confirm PMA’s current terms for your destination and schedule rather than treating its base plan as a verified export total.

Do I need to leave Power My Analytics to use MCP?

No. PMA offers a beta MCP server for analytics, hub diagnostics and Data Builder operations. Catchr MCP supports marketing analysis and creating, updating or running eligible reporting export jobs. Catchr campaign creation and updates are planned for a future release. Compare the actions your team needs, as well as any request or row allowances.

Which alternatives include a native client report builder?

Reporting Ninja, AgencyAnalytics, DashThis, Swydo and Whatagraph include native reporting environments. They are relevant if you want the product to handle presentation and client delivery too. Catchr supplies data to your chosen BI tools, spreadsheets and AI assistants; it does not provide its own dashboard builder or branded client portal.

Are there free Power My Analytics alternatives?

Windsor, Porter Metrics, Dataslayer and Coupler advertise limited free plans. PMA’s free Sample Data offering is for exploring sample datasets, rather than live client reporting. Catchr offers a 14-day trial without a credit card, followed by paid plans from $24/month. Check account, destination, refresh and history limits before choosing a free plan.
