    • Then, authorize again to sign in to Google My Business and allow access to your accounts.

    • Select one or multiple accounts to include in your report.

Method 2: Import Google My Business data manually via CSV

If you prefer not to use a connector, you can still visualize your data manually by exporting it from your Google Business Profile dashboard. This approach is free but limited, as it requires re-uploading data every time you want to update your report.

Steps

  1. Export your data from Google My Business
    • Go to Google Business Profile.
    • Check the location(s) you want to export.
    • Click Actions button, then Insights.
    • Select the data you want, a date range, then Download report
