Explore brand visibility, score components and monitored answers

Start with a selected prompt monitor, brand and reporting period. Use GEO scores to identify results worth reviewing, then examine the associated ChatGPT answers for context.

01

Review visibility by brand and monitor

Use Visibility Score alongside Brand Name, Brand Domain, Monitor Name and Date to review a client’s visibility across selected monitors and periods.

Brand Relation and Prompt Brand Exposure add context to the results. Keep these groupings visible when comparing brands so your client can see which results each comparison includes.

02

Inspect the components behind GEO scores

Review Frequency Score, Prominence Score, Position Modifier, Sentiment Modifier and Citation Bonus alongside Visibility Score. These fields describe the contributions used in GEO scoring.

Use them to examine how the component values differ between results. Visibility Score is a weighted score; do not assume the components can simply be added together.

03

Ground client explanations in answer text

Read Answer Text alongside the brand’s scores and the available Analysis Explainability Json. This gives you supporting material for explaining an individual result during a client review.

Use Response Date to place the answer in time. Distinguish what the answer explicitly says from your interpretation, and identify results where the available explanation is insufficient.

Choose how to review your GEO monitoring data

Connect Catchr MCP to your AI assistant

Select Prompt Monitoring in Catchr and choose the relevant monitors as accounts. Eligible monitors have ChatGPT enabled, and this source does not require you to enter user credentials in the connector setup.

Choose your AI destination through Catchr MCP, then ask about a named monitor, brand and period. Queries use available Catchr GEO monitoring results; they do not request new answers from the public OpenAI API.

Four GEO questions for your next client review

Replace the bracketed values with your selected monitors, brands, dates and thresholds. Each prompt defines a focused task and asks for evidence you can review before sharing conclusions with a client.

PROMPT 01

Compare a brand’s visibility across two periods

Using Catchr, compare Visibility Score for [brand domain] in [monitor account] between [first start date]–[first end date] and [second start date]–[second end date]. Show the number of available results and the mean score for each period, label the means as calculated summaries, and show the difference. Keep Prompt Brand Exposure groups separate and flag missing data before drawing conclusions.

PROMPT 02

Inspect results below a visibility threshold

Using Catchr, find results for [brand domain] in [monitor account] from [start date] to [end date] where Visibility Score is below [threshold]. Show Response Date, Visibility Score, Frequency Score, Prominence Score, Position Modifier, Sentiment Modifier and Citation Bonus. Sort by Visibility Score ascending and describe the component differences without assuming a scoring formula.

PROMPT 03

Prepare evidence for a client explanation

Using Catchr, review results for [brand domain] in [monitor account] from [start date] to [end date]. Show Answer Text, Response Date, Visibility Score and the available Analysis Explainability Json for results below [visibility threshold]. Draft brief client talking points supported by those answers, distinguish interpretation from explicit evidence, and flag any missing explanation.

PROMPT 04

Compare monitored brands within one exposure group

Using Catchr, compare [brand domains] in [monitor account] from [start date] to [end date], filtered to Prompt Brand Exposure [exposure value]. Group by Brand Name and Brand Domain, show Brand Relation, and calculate the mean Visibility Score and mean Prominence Score for each brand. Include the number of available results, flag unequal coverage, and describe differences only within the selected monitoring data.

Questions about GEO Prompt Monitoring through Catchr MCP

What GEO data can I query through Catchr MCP?

You can query Visibility Score and its GEO scoring components by brand, monitor and date. Answer Text, Prompt Brand Exposure and the available analysis explanation help you examine the context behind individual results.

Which accounts should I select for Prompt Monitoring?

Select the prompt monitors relevant to your client’s reporting. Monitors with ChatGPT enabled are available as accounts. This source does not require user credential fields in the connector setup.

What does Visibility Score measure?

Visibility Score is a weighted score derived from GEO metric components. Review it alongside Frequency Score, Prominence Score, Position Modifier, Sentiment Modifier and Citation Bonus to examine the contributions associated with a result.

Does a Catchr MCP query run a new ChatGPT monitoring response?

No. This source exposes available Catchr GEO monitoring results and does not call the public OpenAI API. Your analysis is limited to the results available for the selected monitors and period; asking a reporting question does not create a new monitored answer.
