Once done, your Google Play Apps data will be accessible on Looker Studio, Google Sheets, PowerBI, Tableau...
We will cover everything in this article.
For this first step, you will need Admin-level access to your Google Play Console Developer Account.
Here is our Google Services account : "google-play-store@helpful-monitor-297210.iam.gserviceaccount.com"
Copy it (without the quotes).
Then go to your Google Play Store account, Users and Permissions and invite our account.
You must give it the following permissions:
IMPORTANT: Ensure both "App Permissions" and "Account Permissions" are given. You can find those two tabs under "Permission":
Please note that Google can take up to 30h to confirm the new access.
Now, you have granted access to our Google Services. Now let's find your bucket ID and create your Catchr Source.
Copy it, and we will use it to create your new sources on Catchr.
Connect to your Catchr space (or create an account if necessary), and add a new source.
Select Google Play Store and give it the Bucket ID.
If our Google Services have been invited, you should find your list of Apps once the pop-up closes (it can take 2 or 3 minutes maximum).
Once your Apps are visible on Catchr, you can use the data for all our destinations. If they are not visible, please come back in 30 hours when Google processed the new Access granted in the first step.
