How to Connect Your Spotify Ads Account to Google Sheets

Add a Source on Catchr

To start, navigate to the Catchr homepage. From there, select 'Source' in the left menu and click on 'Add a Source' at the top right corner. Choose Spotify Ads as your platform and proceed with the necessary identification steps to establish a connection between Catchr and Spotify Ads.

Create a New Query

Open Google Sheets, locate "Catchr" in the menu, and select "New Query". This initiates the process of creating a new query to transfer your Spotify Ads data.

In the query interface, select Spotify Ads as your desired source. If Spotify Ads isn't listed, you can easily add it by clicking on the "+" icon.

Head over to the "Select account(s)" section and pick the Spotify Ads account(s) you wish to pull data from.

Choose Metrics and Dimensions

In the "Metrics" and "Dimensions" sections, pinpoint the specific data points you'd like to add to your query. Here are some examples of metrics and dimensions available for Spotify Ads:

  • Advertiser Id: Identifies the advertiser.
  • Spend: The total budget spent on campaigns.
  • Impressions: The number of times ads were displayed.

  • Field: Advertiser Id
  • Operator: Equals
  • Value: Your specific advertiser ID

Finally, visit the "Options" tab to set up automatic data refreshes for your query. Here, you can also engage features like "Appends rows" for adding new data or "Combine rows" for updating existing rows.
