You can copy a cell in the same sheet or another using the "equal" sign and by selecting the right cell or writing its name where you want to import it.

You can use the following formula to import data from another Google Sheets.
Don't forget to add quotes before and after your URL and range string.
In your new Google Sheets document, insert your IMPORTRANGE formulas:
